CrossFit

This is our regular training program designed to dramatically improve your strength, body composition and overall fitness.

Thrive Start

Where beginners to Alter Locus CrossFit start. Is where you will learn the basics to proper form and technique.

Thrive Fit

High Intensity class. These workouts are 45 – 60 mins in length design to get you in and out for your busy work day. Women’s Only Classes are offered.

Yoga

Our Yoga is perfectly set on our Active recovery day. It would be described as a flow type yoga. Focused on increasing your mobility to help you recover.

Personal Training

Our Private Training Program provides the individualized structure & accountability you Need to reach your goals. 1-1 & Small groups available.

Thrive Go!

Youth Fitness & Sports Performance

Youth program designed to help your child learn proper form, coordination, physical confidence & foundational strength in a fun & safe environment.

CrossFit Performance Class

This is for anyone wishing to compete in CrossFit or work with advanced level strength programs. This program is only for those that pass our testing protocol. *certain prerequisites needed.

Kickboxing

In our Kickboxing class you will get an intense cardio workout. We will do full body exercises with pad work that help develop simple punch and kick combos.
